The syllabus is inclusive of project management, estimation and resolving techniques, and practical sessions that revolve around complex real-time scenarios.

Our candidates are fully trained in the Lean Six Sigma methodologies and basic Lean and statistical tools. The certified Lean Six Green Belt professional may lead fairly straightforward projects or serve as a key member on projects teams that are led by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt person. The certification covers aspects around how the requirements of customers are identified, project management roadmaps, team formation, the project charter and how the improvement projects should be executed.
